2. Better – The Choice Cabinet Select stock cabinet line – available in three colors and two door styles. This is a max/full overlay giving your project a tight and clean feel. Custom painted accent cabinets available.
3. Best – let’s customize a frameless/full access option to specifically meet your needs and fit your project. We can scale way up to multi-unit or a one off project. The use of many different laminate or wood materials can make your project stick out for your future tenant.

Let’s Scale up:

1. Retail Program – Do you need a one-off kitchen/vanity to complete your rental? We can order your project as a one-off project to get your job completed. From the time we place an order, your cabinets arrive in about 10 business days and then are completely assembled and ready for you. If you are having us do a custom paint job, we’ll need a few more days to get things pieced together. If you’re looking for the “best” kitchen option, we’ll advise you on lead times as we look at the timeline of your project.
2. Contractor Program – Are you doing several rental or an apartment building? We can work on some volume pricing to make the job fit for you. All the same options available in our Retail Program are available for you as a contractor!
3. Wholesale Program – We can order or build your project to scale. Do you have an apartment building or a series of rental projects needing the same set of cabinets? Allow us to scale things up for you. TFL or stained/painted products are available and a wholesale price. Pricing really gets exciting when you allow us to purchase 25+ units (depending on the size of your units) of product for you at a time!
